To ensure continued performance and scalability of the NetCloud service, we are conducting scheduled maintenance on select service subsystems on Saturday, March 28th 12:00PM EDT – 7:00PM EDT (4:00PM GMT – 11:00PM GMT). Users will experience limited functionality in licensing and subscription activities including device check-in, upgrading/downgrading device licenses, and accessing the subscription dashboards. Please note, during this subsystem maintenance all devices will continue to operate normally, connected to NetCloud Manager and users will be able to access NetCloud Manager.
